Overview
The gallery maintains an ongoing open call for photographers and visual artists to submit work for consideration in future exhibitions and projects. This open call forms part of a continuous curatorial process bringing together diverse artistic perspectives.

Eligibility and Participation
Submissions are open to artists worldwide, regardless of background or career stage. Both emerging and established practitioners are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must submit original work that they fully own.

Submission Process
Applications are submitted digitally via the official submission form.
Each applicant presents either a single work, a pair of works, or a series, conceived as a cohesive submission. All files must be provided in JPG format and fall within the range of 3 MB to 10 MB per image.
All submitted works must be original and fully owned by the applicant. In cases where identifiable individuals are depicted, the artist is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent.
Files are to be named according to the following format: FirstName_LastName_Title.
Upon successful submission, applicants receive a confirmation that their materials have been received and are under review.

Selection and Curatorial Review
All submissions are reviewed by the gallery’s curatorial team. Selection is based on artistic merit, originality, conceptual depth, and overall coherence within a shared exhibition context.
Due to the volume of submissions and limited exhibition capacity, selection is competitive. The gallery determines the final list of participating artists and works.
Results are communicated via email. Individual feedback is not provided.

Fees and Conditions
Submission to the open call is free of charge.
A participation fee applies only to selected photographers and visual artists. This contribution supports the production and realization of the exhibition, including printing, installation, and promotional activities. The participation fee is structured as follows: 40 EUR for the presentation of a single work, 60 EUR for two works, and 120 EUR for a series of up to six works.
Following notification of selection for the exhibition, the participation fee must be paid within three days in order to confirm inclusion. If payment is not received within this period, the offer of participation is considered withdrawn.
Once participation is confirmed and payment is completed, the fee is non-refundable.

Production and Exhibition
All selected works are produced and installed by the gallery to ensure a consistent and considered presentation.
Artists may be requested to provide files of higher resolution in order to ensure optimal print quality.
The gallery oversees all aspects of production, installation, and exhibition design.

Rights and Usage
Artists retain full copyright of their work.
By submitting to the open call, artists confirm that all materials are their own original works and have not been generated using artificial intelligence.
In the case of portrait photography or works depicting identifiable individuals, artists confirm that they have obtained the necessary permissions from those portrayed.
By participating, artists grant the gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted images for purposes of exhibition, documentation, and promotion, with proper attribution.
